My Background

I have over five years’ experience in the fitness industry. Like myself I take people’s goals seriously, whether its weight loss, body conditioning, bodybuilding, sports specific or a healthy lifestyle, I can set your goals appropriately and motivate you to achieve them.

With experience working on cruise liners this has given me in depth knowledge of spin, pilates and stretch training. I also have an in depth knowledge of detoxification and how that can aid in helping people with not only weight loss goals but more importantly their health. The service is open to anyone ready to take control of their health and fitness through the guidance of a professional and enables clients to find a new love for fitness.


American Council of Exercise Personal Trainer convering an in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology, applied kinesiology, and nutrition. Also principles of adherence, motivation, behavior change, and health psychology, communication and teaching techniques.

The ACE Integrated Fitness Training Model consisted of building rapport, health and exercise history, information assessment.
Functional Training: Assessments, programming, and progressions for posture, movement, core, balance, and flexibility physiological assessments.
